Moms Breaking the Silence is a nonprofit organization made up of four mothers who have each lost a son to suicide. Our mission is to bring awareness to mental health, share personal stories of loss, and encourage open conversations about mental wellness, coping strategies, and hope.

Come listen and join a community of people building ways to support our youth. This event will be in our brand new OC-ADCAT Youth Center. Come check us out!
