March 🌼 Antenatal support classes @ Brundall

Come along and join our 5 ⭐ rated antenatal and postnatal support classes!

We will cover:

Week 1- early labour, role of the partner, breath work, relaxation and biomechanics

Week 2- established labour and types of birth of baby, including end of pregnancy and induction.

Week 3- complications and induction!

Week 4- All things infant feeding- breast bottle or combi!

Week 5- The early weeks with baby and looking after yourself postnatally.
