Running over 4 weeks- with a break in the middle for Xmas 🎄

We will cover:

Week 1- early labour, breath work and biomechanics

Week 2- established labour and types of birth

Week 3- All things infant feeding

Week 4- The early weeks with baby and looking after yourself postnatally
