The Saturday Skills Sessions provide targeted training for athletes looking to sharpen their fundamentals. These are coed trainings, open to all players. Each Saturday includes four one-hour clinics, separated by Beginner and Intermediate levels. Serving is trained weekly, with other skills rotating each week (Serve Receive, Setting, Hitting, Blocking, Digging).
