Participants will explore how to create inclusive, voluntary, and empowering learning environments that honor each person's experience, voice, and right to self-determination.The training focuses on:Applying WRAP® values and ethics in facilitationDeveloping effective and engaging facilitation skillsCreating safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environmentsSupporting participation while honoring choice and personal responsibilityNavigating common facilitation challengesPracticing the skills needed to facilitate WRAP® Seminar IBuilding confidence in sharing WRAP with othersWRAP® Seminar II is highly interactive. Participants should be prepared to actively participate, collaborate with others, practice facilitation skills, and learn through both individual and group experiences.Prerequisite: Participants must have successfully completed WRAP® Seminar I prior to attending Seminar II.Upon successful completion of the training, participants will receive recognition as WRAP® Facilitators and will be prepared to facilitate WRAP® Seminar I in accordance with WRAP values, ethics, and established facilitation practices.Whether you hope to bring WRAP into your organization, community, peer support program, or other setting, Seminar II provides an opportunity to strengthen your facilitation skills and help others discover how WRAP can support a life of hope, choice, personal responsibility, and self-determination.Advanced Level WRAP Facilitators: Kelly Uhland, Mike Leotis, Eve Ellsworth, and Randy ElfenbeinPayment Details:Self-Pay Ticket: $950Organizational Single Ticket: $950Organizational Group Ticket: $1800 for 2 or more tickets*Please note: Organizations who are sending their staff through this training will be invoiced for payment separately upon registration.
