This Valentine’s weekend, we’re opening our hearts (and our doors) to the cats who are still waiting for someone to choose them.

So many of the cats in our care have been overlooked for far too long - sweet, gentle souls hoping that this will be the weekend someone stops, looks into their eyes, and feels that quiet connection that changes everything. Whether you’re drawn to a confident cuddlebug, a shy kitty who just needs patience, or a bonded pair who share a love all their own, your perfect match may be waiting right here.

Join us on February 7 & 8, 2026, from 12 - 6pm at Famous Fido Rescue (3124 W Irving Park Rd, Chicago) to meet the cats who are ready for a fresh start and a lifetime of love.

Adoption is about commitment, compassion, and opening your heart. If you’ve been thinking about adding a feline companion to your life, this is your sign.
