Since Inception in 2004, British born ESA (aka J Blacker) has been treading its own ground.nA fusion of hard electronic rhythms and powerful sonic hooks. ESA’s heavy, rhythmic style has since become rooted at the forefront of the Harsh Industrial / Power Electronics / EBM scene, predominantly owing to slews of powerful and engaging live shows spanning Russia / Japan /
America and the majority of Europe, alongside 12 hard hitting and critically acclaimed albums. The tone of ESA is harsh and oppressive, dripping with destructive and corroded grooves and the infamous energetic live show has been welcomed at both Metal and Industrial / Techno festivals alike. ESA’s compositions are undoubtedly pummeling floor stomping club tunes but also twist and churn enough entice universal listeners, wandering into various musical genres and experimenting with sound
production in a way that sets ESA completely apart from its peers. With 9 high production music videos that double as short cinematic narratives. J Blacker has created a visual universe for ESA that acts as a conduit for the messages and stories in the music. Nevada Hardware is a Chicago-based industrial breakbeat project known for fusing distorted guitars, chopped samples, and massive hook-heavy grooves. Their early-2025 release Split Scene (Thinkbreak Records) earned underground acclaim, landing top positions on year-end lists from I Die: You Die, ReGen Magazine, and A Model of Control.  Nevada Hardware has built a reputation for heavy, kinetic dance music that nods to industrial, techno, and late-90s rave culture while staying sharply contemporary.

Known for high-energy live performances, Nevada Hardware delivers relentless sets that keep dancefloors moving. [melter] comprises Robert Hyman and Jax Allos: a sonic disturbance made of flesh, blood, and machine. Their 2023 self-titled EP ranges from the jarring, distorted rhythms and menace of dark alternative rock and industrial noise, through to the brooding atmospheres of darkwave and grinding gloom. Onstage, Hyman’s propulsive battery of live drums drives the duo’s mix of electronics and heavy distorted bass; whilst Allos stalks the stage like some menacing hybrid of Peter Murphy’s more sinister sister, and an animatronic pterosaur that threatens to malfunction at any moment.

Negative Gain has been around since 1997 delivering classic industrial, EBM, darkwave, coldwave, post-punk, and goth music to the masses. In early 2011, Roger Jarvis (of KDC and HexRx) joined Micah Skaritka (of Cruciform Injection) to reboot the label.This reboot included rebranding, and restructuring of the stable of bands on the label. The first three bands on the reboot were: HexRx, Kevorkian Death Cycle, and Alter Der Ruine.
