Often this starts under the age of 5. Many Codas are compelled to follow decisions that were made under the age of 5. Sheila invites you to review and discuss the "Under 5 - Koda Operating System (OS)".Human beings - from cradle to grave - go through predictable psychological stages of development. After 35+ years of being a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Sheila envisions it as a "Coda Life Book" that includes chapters of our lives, from the beginning onward. Each chapter represents a succession of decades (0-10, 10-20, 20-30, etc).In this workshop, Sheila will help to explore and review the various chapters of our Coda Lives and how our foundational years can (and do!) impact our current chapters. Let's take a step back and update our OS!In other words, we want to make sure that our "Coda Life Cars" are all running efficiently. Our Internal Parts all work together like the parts of a car: Engine, Transmission, Tires... they're all important!
