In the first half of class, Faith guides you through gentle, grounding yoga postures and breath awareness practices to release tension, calm the nervous system, and return you to your center. Rooted in mindfulness and open to all levels, this practice invites you to move with intention and rest into ease.

Then, the space transforms. As you settle into restorative stillness, Jenni offers a meditative sound bath—an immersive experience of harmonic tones from singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments. Let the vibrations wash over you, clearing energetic blockages and inviting a state of deep rest and inner clarity
