Yoga & Sound Bath: Restore & Rejuvenate

During the first half of the class you’ll release tension and calm your nervous system with restorative poses, leaving you feeling centered and at ease. Perfect for all levels, this portion of the class invites you to slow down, connect with your breath, and move
with intention.

In the second half of the class, surrender to the soothing vibrations of a sound bath. Let the beautiful tones of singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments wash over you, clearing energetic blockages and inviting deep relaxation. Feel your stress melt away as you journey into a meditative state of bliss.
