The Winter Solstice is always a time of reflection and renewal for me. I’m looking forward to offering my first class in Lincoln — a mindful Qi Gong movement and guided meditation practice!

All levels welcome. Join me for Qi Gong and meditation to align with the new year!

Bio 
Sarah Brandt, M.Sc., is an Integrative Health and Wellness educator with 8,500+ hours of teaching and lecture experience in Tai Chi, Qi Gong, meditation, yoga, mind–body practices, and natural healing. For over 20 years, she has taught across schools, studios, and private settings, including university courses, children’s yoga, and certification programs. She blends ancient healing arts, meditation, and natural health methods with modern insight to help individuals awaken their energy and find clarity to support their healing and overall well-being.
