The focus will be on the heart and root chakra, to foster self-love & balance. We will spend some time on gratitude journaling and intention setting before we start the sound bath.

Dress comfortable, bring a water bottle, and an open heart. Cushioned mats, bolsters, blankets and eye pillows will be provided for you.

After the sound bath, we will enjoy chocolate dipped strawberries for some sweetness. ?
