This is your invitation to pause… to step out of the busyness of everyday life and return to a place of stillness within. It is a time devoted to self-care...the opportunity to rest, restore, and simply be.

This gentle, intentional rest session uses the soothing tones of magical crystal singing bowls to guide you into deep relaxation.

Created as a space to fully unwind, this experience invites you to get comfortable in your own way. A blanket, cushions, or a supportive chair, whatever helps you relax and be at ease.

Limited to just 10 participants, it is a peaceful pause you won’t want to miss.

Kaupapa:

- The doors will open at 5.45pm.

- Choose a spot and settle in by 6.00pm.

- Short mihi whakatau, housekeeping items.

- Sound immersion 45mins.

- Interval break: stretch, have a cuppa (herbal teas and dark chocolate provided).

- Resettle - sound immersion 45mins to 1hr.

- Closing karakia (8.00pm).

Please bring with you:

- A yoga mat or equivalent (some yoga mats/bolsters available), floor cushions, gravity chair, blankets or pillows to make a warm and comfortable cocoon.

- Any special taonga, crystals, drink bottle and journal to aid in your experience.
