This unique two-hour journey begins with guided somatic breathwork, designed to gently move you out of the mind and into the body. Through intentional breathing, you’ll create space for the release of stored stress, emotional tension, and mental clutter, supporting nervous system regulation and deeper self-awareness.

As the breathwork journey comes to a close, you’ll be guided into stillness, allowing your body to integrate the experience. From this grounded, open state, the session will transition into a restorative sound bath, where soothing frequencies and multi-instrumental sound healing support deep relaxation, balance, and inner calm.

Using a variety of ancient and therapeutic instruments, including crystal singing bowls, chimes, and more, you’ll be guided through three energetic zones inspired by the chakra system: grounding, heart, and celestial. This progression supports a full-body reset, helping to quiet the mind and activate the body’s natural healing processes.

Set within the healing environment of the Himalayan salt cave, this experience naturally enhances relaxation, grounding, and respiratory wellness, creating the ideal space to slow down, release, and reconnect.

Amanda Russo AKA: The Breathing Goddess
South Hadley, Massachusetts native Amanda Russo, also known as The Breathing Goddess, is a certified Breathwork Detox facilitator, certified Sound Healing Therapist, and host of the transformative Manders Mindset and Breathwork Magic podcasts.
Amanda received her sound healing level 1 and level 2 certification from globally recognized sound healing practitioner, music artist, and voice-therapist, Shervin Boloorian of The Sound Healing Bali. 

With a background in family law and a passion for guiding others through life’s challenges, Amanda empowers her clients to release emotional blockages, embrace clarity, and step into their fullest potential through the power of Breathwork.

Often described as “20 years of therapy without saying a word,” Breathwork is Amanda’s signature modality for helping individuals create lasting change. Her journey of transformation, overcoming health challenges through strength training, yoga, and holistic practices has fueled her mission to show others that profound healing is possible.

Amanda works with busy moms who feel disconnected from their bodies and stressed professionals seeking balance and inner peace.
