During the 45 Minute Session, You can expect to sit back in a zero gravity chair, and enjoy a Meditation, Relaxation & Salt Therapy session, while Amanda travels to each participant to provide group and individual reiki healing.

Set your intentions for this new cycle, and leave recharged and cleansed to start the new week.

The Cost is $55 per person for the 45 minute session and reiki.

What is Reiki?💆‍♀️
Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki does not claim to be either religion or science, but it draws on the energy all around us and within every individual to support other forms of healing. It is a simple, natural and safe method of healing.
What to expect during a Reiki session?
You relax, fully clothed, sitting in a chair while the practitioner holds her hands on or above you. There are a series of hand positions employed, but there is no pressure on the body. The energy flows wherever it is required and can be described as a warm or tingling sensation. A treatment can last anywhere from fifteen to thirty minutes. Receiving a Reiki treatment is a very relaxing and soothing experience, which will leave you feeling refreshed and balanced.💕

Our Salt Cave is constructed with over 9 tons of Himalayan Salt. It is a microclimate designed to mimic the salt mines in Europe. Dry Salt Therapy is a treatment in which a generator gently blows purified salt particles into the air. As our body absorbs the salt and we breathe in, our airways, nasal passages open and leaves us with a refreshed and cleansed feeling. Salt therapy is used all over the world in hospitals and spas as a natural treatment for Allergies, Asthma, Skin conditions as well as more serious lung and breathing conditions. At saltitude, we combine Halotherapy (Salt Therapy) with meditation to help our guests leave with an experience like no other in a place of healing and peace.
