This event includes:

❣️RESTORATIVE YOGA practice for releasing what is not serving you and receiving what is already yours with the use of props (bring a mat and blanket).

🪨Self-love with HOT STONES placed on the body on or near specific marma points..

💚Immersive l, in-person soothing VIBRATIONAL SOUNDS produced by therapeutic healing instruments while resting in savasana.
