Through movement, mantra, breathwork, and meditation, you’ll gently activate and harmonise your energy centres, clearing blockages and inviting wellbeing, flow, and abundance for the year to come.

? 11:30 – 11:50 AM | Pranayama (Breathwork) for Energy ActivationPractise guided breathing techniques to purify and energise the body, preparing your inner channels for awakening.
? 11:50 AM – 12:30 PM | Kundalini Asana, Mudras, Bandhas & MantraMove through a dynamic sequence of postures, hand gestures (mudras), energy locks (bandhas), and sacred sound (mantra) designed to awaken and balance the lower chakras.
? 12:30 – 12:40 PM | Short Rest / BreakTake a few moments to integrate your experience, rest, or enjoy a brief break.
? 12:40 – 1:30 PM | Continued Practice – Awakening the Higher ChakrasDeepen your journey with continued asana, breath, and mantra work, focusing on the upper energy centres to expand awareness and inner light.

Who Should Attend
