This New Year’s Day pop-up yoga class is an invitation to pause before launching into the new cycle of light. We'll take this precious time to listen to the wisdom in the body and tend to the nervous system with slow, mindful breathing.

The asana practice will be slow and accessible for those with some yoga experience. We'll aim for transformational stretching to  create space in body and mind for what's ahead.

With a longer savasana, there will be time to explore your inner landscape and hear what the heart longs for in the year ahead.
