Who Should Attend:
This workshop is open to all levels β whether youβre new to Kundalini Yoga or wish to deepen your connection with this profound practice. A regular Hatha Yoga (body-focused) practice is beneficial but not essential. All thatβs required is an open heart and a willingness to explore your inner landscape.
