Let's practice fusing those worlds in a life-giving way, together!Timeline:9am - 5 minute welcome/intro9:05am - 40 minute sculpt9:45am - 5 minute reflection/prayer/quiet time9:50am - mingling, open play & cold brewThe Movement: low-impact movements designed to strengthen and tone your musclesWhat you need to bring:-water-yoga mat for you/your child as well, depending on their age and how you'd like them to participate with you in class (if you don't have one, please let me know)I will have complimentary pilates socks available for each adult when you arriveIs there a limit on how many of my kids I can bring?-No, you can bring as many as you'd like! I just ask that you be responsible for each of them during class.
