With that in mind, I’m shifting how I hold these gatherings moving forward. Circles will now be intentionally smaller (12 people or fewer) to create a more intimate and supportive space.

This next Circle will center on Sacred Rage — the healthy acknowledgment and release of anger. Rage is a natural human emotion, yet many of us have been conditioned to suppress it. Through cacao, breathwork, yoga, and other somatic movement, we’ll explore ways to honor and safely release that energy.

And yes… it may include some screaming.
