M4K LIFTOFF

Do you like lifting heavy things for no logical reason other than glory, bragging rights, and charity?

Perfect.

Join us this May for the 1st Annual M4K Liftoff, a bench press and deadlift showdown benefiting Mustaches 4 Kids Omaha. It’s simple: you push a bar off your chest. You pull a bar off the floor. You try not to black out. We clap loudly.

This is not the Olympics. You do not need a singlet from 1997 (or do you?) or a protein sponsorship. First-time lifter? Come on in. Seasoned meathead? We see you. Just here to support and judge people silently? Also welcome.

All proceeds go to M4K Omaha to support local kids.

Benchpress. Deadlift. High fives. Glorious mustaches.
