- **Event Description**: The Club's Annual General Membership Meeting and Elections will be held  on Monday, November 17th at  6:30 p.m.   The meeting will be held at the 12 Bridges Library in the Willow Room. 

We need many more parent volunteers/members on our Board to assist with league functions due to our growth over the last few years. We meet once per month during the year - every 4th Monday of the month.

All positions which are subject to Election are available for nomination, including:

President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
Registrar

Nominations will still be accepted for a short time at the beginning of the meeting.   Those being nominated MUST be in attendance to accept the nomination. 

Once the new board is elected they will vote to appoint the Coordinator positions.
