When we have a regular practise we can rely upon and a teacher that has trodden the path and knows the way, then Qigong can become accessible to all, no matter what age or stage of life. 

There is a magic and a mystery to this ancient art of movement, health and vitality. And yet, all can be revealed... by working with tried and tested methods and principles. 

In this Qigong workshop we will work gently and softly, but we will also push the boat out, as and when you are ready for that. 

We will work with clear principles to evoke an authentic and genuine internal energy practise; working with gentle and fluid movement with strength, poise and power, all done with ease and internal kindness.

Standing and moving postures, sitting exercises using the breath and/or mental concentration/relaxation. 

If you want to explore a genuine Qigong system for health & happiness then please do come along. We are a small yet growing group of dedicated practitioners.
