Connecting with ancient symbols of protection and insight
Hagstones — naturally holed stones shaped by water and time — have long been regarded as sacred objects of protection, intuition, and transformation. In this workshop, we explore their folklore, energetic properties, and practical uses as spiritual tools.
You’ll learn how to cleanse, charge, and connect with your hagstone, discovering how it can support your intuition, energetic boundaries, and connection to the natural world. The session includes guided meditation, and gentle discussion on ways to work with hagstones for protection, grounding, and spiritual clarity.
Each participant is invited to choose and attune to their own stone, creating a personal and meaningful connection. This workshop offers a beautiful blend of earth-based wisdom and mindful exploration — a space to reconnect with ancient energy and your own intuitive flow.
The workshop will run for around an hour, from 7pm to 8pm, and will also be a great opportunity to spend some quality time immersed in a mindful activity with a group of like minded people.
Location is Toymakers Cottage, Snarford, LN8 3SW.
