About the event

Gathering for Courage, Joy and Trust

We had such a wonderful day last year when Anand and Tom joined the Gentle Co Community for a day of voice work, song, meditation and mantra that we are doing it again on March 28th

This time we will explore themes of polarity and paradox and their rich potential when we can meet them with embodied safety. We will be looking to tap into our capacity for joy, courage, love, faith and hope so we can show up wholly and in presence for what matters to us!
