Opening circle with gentle movement before attendees enter the pool area and the sound scape begins.

Love water?
Come float with us!

Let your worries and troubles drift away with the waves of sound on the water.

POOL OPTION:
Held in water in the indoor swimming pool.
(12 spots)

-Wear your bathing suit.
-Bring 2 towels & washcloth to cover your eyes.

LAND OPTION:
Held on land “next to” the pool, not in the water.
(5 spots)

-Wear comfortable clothing.
-Bring your yoga mat and blanket.
