Music will be playing on arrival - we’ll get straight into the dance!
Themed facilitation during the dance journey - no pressure invitations to explore different ways of moving.
Specially curated music journeys - full of unique rhythms to let go, shake off the week and feel alive.
Music played through wireless headsets.
Grounding at the end of dance to close in stillness.
