Ticket Terms and Conditions1. Tickets are priced at £15 per person with no concessions being available. .2. Tickets available to those aged 16 years and over. Any persons under 16 years of age will not be allowed entry and no refunds will be available in these circumstances.3. No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace tickets that have been lost or stolen after they have been delivered to you, and nor will such tickets be refunded.4. Please ensure you have your paper ticket as proof of purchase on the night.5. Tickets are collection only from LCFC ticket office 5 working days after purchase. Further Information6. There will be no allocated seating except for those reserved for VIP guests. Seats are provided on a first come first served basis, doors open at 18:00, show starts at 19:15. Please assist the event team by not leaving any gaps when taking your seats. 7. The show is being recorded for broadcast on BBC Radio Lincolnshire. There may be occasions when a sequence is retaken for editing purposes.8. A full bar is provided within the venue.9. There will be a half time interval.10. The organisers are the Lady Imps Supporters Association (L.I.S.A) a “not for profit” organisation formed in support of Lincoln City Football Club.11. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within the venue.12. The use of threatening, inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour may result in an individuals removal from the venue. Refunds13. Tickets for the event are only refundable in the event of its cancellation. In these circumstances (i.e. a cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, including Acts of God, power failure and flooding), we will only refund the face value of the ticket namely £15. We will use best endeavours to contact purchasers either by phone, email or in writing (using the details provided at the time of ordering) and advise you accordingly.14. Please note that it is your responsibility to check whether the event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to inform each individual customer of any changes.
