When & Where: Saturday, April 25th, 2025 8:00 AM here at Lincoln Nutrition & Fitness: Home of CrossFit Lincoln! Please arrive early to check-in, warm-up, and attend the athlete briefing. Event 1 will start promptly at 8:00 AM and the comp will finish in the afternoon. Once registration closes, an email will be sent to athletes regarding event flow, heat sheets, and what to expect day of.

Divisions & Events
The divisions will be: Rx-M, Rx-F, Scaled-M, and Scaled-F and there will be 4 scored events. Some events will have multiple parts or rounds. Scores for these events will be aggregated into an overall event score. Event wins will be awarded upon heaviest total lifted, fastest time, etc. Overall (lb-for-lb) champion will be awarded based upon event scores relative to bodyweight.
