- **Event Name**: Chonky Game Day - Ark Nova
- **Event Start and End Date**: Sat, 19 Dec, 2026 at 01:00 pm – Sat, 19 Dec, 2026 at 05:00 pm (-06:00)
- **Event Description**: Looking for people who actually want to play the heavy games? 👀

Join us for Chonky Game Day on December 19th from 1–5 PM as we shove aside Omaha and San Diego for zoological supremacy and play Ark Nova!

This month, join us to learn and play Ark Nova, where players seek to build the zoo that everyone wants to visit. This game is best suited for players interested in longer, more strategic tabletop experiences and will be fully set up before attendees arrive so you can jump right into learning and playing.

Plan and design a modern, cutting-edge zoo by building enclosures and habitats, acquiring animals (we recommend building the enclosure first and then acquiring the animal), and staffing your park with experts. Increasing expertise, conservation efforts, and facilities unlocks additional options to help you reach the highest score.
