Join us for 90 minutes of pure bliss. Dr. Casey from A Well Being will be leading you in 1 hour of Yin Yoga where you hold stretches for 2-3 minutes so your fascia and muscle can have time to truly expand and stretch. Dr. Oliver of Oliver Acupuncture will then provide you with Acupuncture during a 30 minute shavasana so you can truly relax, and unwind.

Mats and props are available to you, or you may bring your own!
