MORE INFO- PRESS CONFERENCE JAN 14 @ 1:00. FYI. ARRIVE AROUND 11:45. 
We will have 11x17 signs available or bring your own. Bring letters, stories, etc to leave with senators. 
(Please don’t offer handouts to random people, security may frown on that) ?
1. begin to arrive 11:45, to meet and knock on senators doors, leave your handouts, walk the halls and be a citizen advocate for our most vulnerable.
2. Meet back on 2nd floor rotunda at 12:45
3. There are only 2 sets of elevators in the capital, ugh! so plan accordingly. 
4. Reach out to other organizations that support our community and ask them to share the news about the news conference.
5. Contact media now via email, etc… about how these changes affect our most vulnerable with no voice. You can mention that they will soon be receiving a press release for news conference and encourage them to join us.
6. Invite your senator, the Governor and DHHS to attend. We want them to SEE US! 
7. Even if you cannot attend you can help spread the word and invite the above mentioned and share this with others that care. 
8. VERY IMPORTANT- this is NOT a demonstration, march or protest. This is designed to bring awareness and hopefully some pressure to the powers that be!
