70th & Pioneers Hy-Vee Lil' Chefs - "Mediterranean"
Attention: Are you looking for a fun activity this summer for your kids? Join your Hy-Vee dietitian, Alyssa, for one or all of our Lil’ Chefs Cooking Class. Kids will learn about different foods and prepare 2 to 3 recipes during each class to enjoy.
**Recommended for children ages: 3- to 11-year-olds
*A parent or guardian must accompany 3- and 4-year-old children.
*Please Note – Nut butters may be used in class. These classes may not be suitable for children with specific food allergies.

Thursday, July 12, 2018, from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. “Mediterranean”
Thursday, July 19, 2018, from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. “The Tropics”
Thursday, July 26, 2018, from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. “French Bistro”
Thursday, August 2, 2018, from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. “Scandinavian Cuisine”
What to Bring: You may bring your own apron and chef hat if you so choose. Hy-Vee Lil’ Chef child-size aprons and chef hats are provided to use during class.
To Attend: You may also register and prepay at 70th & Pioneers Hy-Vee Customer Service or by phone at (402) 489-4244. Class fee is due upon registration and registration will close 24 hours prior to the class. No refunds will be issued after class registration has closed, except in the event that a class has to be canceled due to low registration. * A minimum of 5 registered and paid children is required to hold a class. *Class size is limited, so register early!
