This event is completely FREE and open to members, friends, family, and anyone in the Lincoln community looking to start Independence Day with purpose.

THE WORKOUT: "LOREDO"
6 Rounds:
• 24 Air Squats
• 24 Push-Ups
• 24 Walking Lunges (each leg)
• 400m Run

Hero Workouts are designed to honor the sacrifice, courage, and service of our nation's heroes. Whether you complete every rep, modify the workout, or simply come to move with the community, you're welcome here.
