After a hugely successful class back in 2024…. the New Year brings new opportunities for you to take control of your fitness and start a fantastic full body workout class which will teach you new skills, burn fat, gain strength & confidence, reduce stress & anxiety, provide you with self-defence, help you make new friends and generally improve your physical and mental health ??

? For just £50 I’m looking to start a *10 WEEK Ladies BoxFit for Beginners Class*, from Monday 12th January 7.15pm - 8pm, held in Coningsby Community Hall.

*This is a Boxing for Fitness Class, which incorporates fitness exercises with fundamental Boxing & Pad Holding Skills, taught by a Certified Hatton Boxing Coach*.

With space for upto 20 Boxers, if there’s enough demand classes will commence on Monday 12th Jan. If you’d like to take part please drop me a DM and I’ll be in touch with further details.
