- **Event Description**: Test out some cutting-edge new shoes from Mizuno! We'll be doing a speed workout (400m intervals) and plenty of sizes of the Neo Zen and Neo Vista 2 will be available for you to run in.

The Neo Zen is a lightweight and nimble daily trainer made for taking on workouts and easy runs alike. The Neo Vista 2 makes every run a breeze with its Smooth Speed Assist geometry, it's a versatile shoe that can handle race day as well as daily miles with ease.

The demo will be held at The Quarry Parking Lot in Wyomissing Park. from there we will do 400m intervals running out to the barn and back. 

All paces are welcome! We will split into groups to accomodate everyone during the workout.
