Come warm a seat and take an opportunity to connect over a hot meal, and be sure to share a cackle the acoustics are great!

Community dinner:
Traditional Thanksgiving menu of Turkey or Ham with side dishes will be served along with coffee and dessert.

Hot meals for pick up or delivery:
We will be packing hot meals from the supper for delivery or pick up for anyone who needs or desires one. Please keep anyone in mind that you know is unable to get out, doesn’t have family to spend the holiday with locally, or could use a home made meal to cheer them up and we will make it happen!

Food drive for Meal Boxes:
Our goal is to get donations to prepare as many frozen turkey and ham meal boxes with sides for any families who may need them for the coming holiday to be picked up or delivered that day. Walk ins are welcome no names need to be given or other information, just ask for a meal box.

I am coordinating collection for the food drive and below are some items for meal boxes:

Cranberry sauce
Any canned vegetables
Stuffing
Instant potatoes
Carrots 
Frozen Turkey
Frozen Ham 
Rolls
Buns
Biscuits
Cookies
Pies
Dessert items

We have storage thanks to Madison Moody at the Old Town Hall in advance of the event so we can start getting meal boxes ready! I can assist in collection or if you see Madison is there at the hall you can also leave the items with him.

We are hoping to coordinate with It Takes a Village 207 or other organizations to ensure that any meal boxes or Frozen Turkeys and Hams not distributed during the event will find a home with a family in need. Any additional non perishable food items donated and not distributed in a meal box will be given to the local food pantry.

We welcome any and all volunteers to come set up, serve, warm a seat and cackle, pack meal boxes for the food drive, and help coordinate sending out packed hot meals that day.
