A workshop series on the invisible traces that nervous system integrity leaves in us, using voice and somatic connection. The ecology of place is reflected in relationship with our own voice.

How can freedom be intimately embodied; to support truth, heart, and homeostasis ? 

What is a voice?
A calling card, sonic fingerprint,
barometer of soul, yardstick of heart;
Perfunctory or poetically, 
my voice leads my ego
out of hidden realms
onto the stage and canvas 
of our perceivable life
and
the contribution I make
 when connecting with earth
and its beauty,
freedom, and power.

To allow the hindrances that lie beneath our voice to be seen, received, and if appropriate, released. 

6week course on Wednesday 11am - 1pm

Limited places. Exchange: 

€20 drop-in rate per session

or €90 booked in advance for complete series

course is 6 sessions over 8 weeks.
