Cacao Ceremony & Drum Circle

Drumming and Cacao ceremony combines the heart-opening, gentle stimulant properties of ceremonial-grade cacao with the grounding, rhythmic vibrations of drumming. This event fosters community, emotional release, deep meditation, and induces altered states and joy.
Bethany Stevens, Regenerative Health Practitioner and Cacao Ceremony Facilitator will guide us through the ceremony. Myquawn Bailey of Drum Iowa will lead our Drum Circle following. Please bring a drum if you have one (though there will be some available for you to use, so come even if you don't!).
Bring something comfortable to sit on (perhaps a lawn chair if it's nice enough to gather outside around the fire or a mat/bolster if we need to gather inside the Shack).
