The event starts at 18:00, but we kindly ask everyone to arrive 10–15 minutes in advance. Please also bring your yoga mat, a sacred item that is meaningful to you, and a bottle of water.

(Tantra Yoga, Chakra Healing, Live Handpan Music, Meditations, Physical and Mental Exercises)

19:30–20:30
Connecting with one another over a glass of wine and healthy snacks while getting to know each other in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere.

This is a safe space for women to express themselves freely. Judgement and criticism are not welcome here. ??
