Through breathwork, dynamic movements, meditation, gentle postures, you'll cleanse your mind and body of tension, stress and anxiety. Each class concludes with deep voice-guided relaxation and Singing Bowls.

Drop-In Classes:
- Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the class starts. No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class.
- No-Show: No refund will be issued for no-shows.
Monthly Payments:
- Cancellation: Partial refund available for cancellations made within the first 7 days of the billing cycle, prorated based on the number of classes used.
- Class Rescheduling: Members can reschedule a missed class within the next two weeks, subject to availability.
- No-Show: No refund or rescheduling for no-shows.
General Conditions:
- All refund requests must be made in writing via email to galinavgrigoreva@gmail.com.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
