This 90-minute experience is designed to gently guide you out of “go” mode and usher you into deep rest and reconnection. We’ll begin with a grounding guided meditation to help you land in your body—letting the noise of the outside world fade away.
From there, you’ll be immersed in an intuitive sound journey with chimes, crystal singing bowls, shakers, and a variety of drums. Each sound is offered in the moment—responsive, organic, and attuned—supporting your nervous system to settle down and restoring a sense of inner safety.

Reiki energy will be woven throughout, creating a subtle yet powerful container for emotional release, energetic clearing, and deep replenishment.

This is a community-centered offering. Please choose the rate that feels supportive and accessible for you—no questions asked. Those who are able to pay at the higher end help keep this space open and available for others.

What to Bring:
Yoga mats, ottomans, and cushions are provided. You’re welcome to bring anything that helps you feel extra cozy - blankets, pillows, or your own mat.

You don’t need to prepare.
You just need to show up—and be met exactly where you are.
