This will be led by Dr. Shayna Temple, PT, DPT- she will talk about how pain works, discuss tools like: dry needling, electrical stimulation, myofascial decompression, cupping, scrapping, joint manipulation/mobilization, as well as how exercise can bridge the gap. You will have access to try some treatments and ask all of your burning questions about how and why these things work.
