It is believed the physical seat of the soul lies within the sacred triad of the pituitary, pineal, and thalamus glands. These glands have an energetic expression too. Join us as we explore the Sacred Triad physically and spiritually!
Our pineal gland is the seat of illumination. The energetic expression of pineal gland is the third eye. Our thalamus, also known as the philosopher’s stone, is our interface with the reality around us, our gatekeeper between our conscious and subconscious minds. The thalamus is energetically expressed through the high heart. Our pituitary gland plays a significant role in our self-image and manifestation. The energetic expression of pituitary gland is the body.
Once these three glands are activated physically and spiritually, they can become fully functional. By focusing on both physical and spiritual expressions of the sacred triad, we can approach our spiritual/soul journey from two directions.
