L.O.V.E. (Formerly Grief Support)

Join us on Saturday, August 16, 2025, 10 am - Noon for an interactive talk about the life changing event of "Grief". Our facilitator will share about different stages of grief, give you permission to grieve (it's healthy), share different events that can create the experience of grief and offer resources to draw strength from. This workshop is intended to help attendees to shift from allowing grief to be traumatic to growing from the experience as we learn to adopt and engage tools to navigate life. This will be a safe place to laugh and cry. Refreshments will be served. The team is waiting to serve you.
