A member of the Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Chippewa, Laughing Foxʻs work as both a visual and performance artist is varied and tied together by the traditional teachings of the Anishinaabe people, which is respectfully incorporated into his work. Special guest appearance by pianist Monica Chung. This event is at Hale Lihue on Rice Street. Laughing Fox will be visiting Kauaʻi for a week-long Residency where he will perform for and interact with students all across Kauaʻi. He will visit Kalaheo Elementary, Namahana School, Kapaʻa Middle School, Island School, Eleʻele Elementary, and many more! This is the first time Kauaʻi Concert Association is bringing in an artist for a week-long Residency to provide free Outreach Education Services to Kauaʻi schools. Please consider supporting this special opportunity for the community!Please note that this event is not included in KCAʻs Spring 2026 Season Pass. If you are a Season Pass holder, you will need to purchase a ticket for this event separately. Thank you!
