✨ Winter Solstice Forest Bathing – Långängen Nature Reserve, Stockholm ✨
How does the moss feel, soft and springy beneath your hand?
What are the birds whispering through the bare branches?
How does the crisp winter air feel against your cheeks?
What stories do the roots tell as you as you step on the forest floor?
On the Winter Solstice, the year’s longest night, the forest invites you to pause, breathe, and celebrate the season in the calm embrace of nature. Walking slowly, noticing each subtle detail, the mind softens, warmth gathers allowing space for presence, gratitude, and quiet joy .
Our journey concludes with a tea ceremony and seasonal treats by candlelight. As we walk back with lanterns- the gentle darkness of the forest carry us into rest, reflection, and a shared sense of calm.
