Basketball (Ages 5 to 12)
The Learn to Play program is designed to introduce kids to having fun with basketball through inclusive activity aimed at developing children's enjoyment of basketball and improving their Basketball skills and competency.
It includes modified games and skill groups based on the childs ability. This allows players to experience the fun of playing basketball in a group with similar skills sets and prepares participants with necessary skills and game knowledge to be ready to move up into recreation opportunities at club level or within school sport
Cumberland Council's school holiday program are for children aged between 5 to 12 who reside in the Cumberland local government area. Proof of residence maybe required
This free activity runs from 9am to 11am on 15th April

Please ensure your child/ren has water, sunscreen and a hat. Council will be following the No Hat No Play policy implemented at school. They will also require morning tea.
This activity is open to residents who reside in the Cumberland LGA only, proof of residancy maybe required.
