Soulful Winter Solstice Gathering

The Winter Solstice brings us the longest period of darkness but this signifies a major turning point.

The light of the Sun begins a new solar cycle at Winter Solstice. The rays shine into the dark, and nurture the newborn life there to be cultivated.

This is mirrored in nature, the seeds are buried in the darkness of the Earth, ready to emerge once again with the life-giving rays of the Sun.

It can be a time to rest and reflect and to remind yourself that your inner light can never be dimmed, it is always there ready for you to grow and shine.

Return to light for our yoga gathering for the Winter Solstice.

Our usual Monday evening practice will be extended to 90 minutes to enable you to experience a loving-kindness meditation with intention setting. We will move through restorative postures and complete with a dreamy yoga nidra.

This will be our final practice of 2025.
